About returns and refunds:
- Accessories are not accepted for return at the moment.

- If you want to return and refund because you bought the wrong product, sorry, we can only refund you after reselling it to the next customer. You need to pay for the resale shipping fee.
- If the logistics delay exceeds twice the scheduled period, that is, 20 days, you can apply for re-delivery or refund.
How to Choose the Right Version
Note Before You Order Both versions include the same replacement dashboard. The only difference is that V2 also includes an additional control switch required for scooters manufactured after August 2025.
If your S5/PRO electric scooter was purchased after August 2025, your scooter may have been updated to a newer model variant that requires an additional control switch to function correctly — please select V2.
If purchased before August 2025, the standard dashboard replacement is all you need — please select V1.
