1.What are the common problems with electric scooters?
Scooter Not Charging:
Battery charging problems are common in electric scooters. The battery provides power to the scooter. Generally, lithium batteries have a lifespan of 2-3 years and can be charged 300-500 times. Since the products are quality inspected before leaving the factory, new cars rarely have battery problems.
(Please use a voltmeter to check the cable and connector of the charger port)
Most problems with not being able to charge are caused by a faulty charger. When you are not sure whether it is a problem with the charger or the battery, you can try troubleshooting on other electric scooters of the same model. If the charger works well on a new car, it indicates that there is a problem with the charging port. Then conduct further inspection to see if it is the problem of the charger port.
2. The car runs slowly The maximum speed can reach 40 miles per hour, why can my car only reach 15 miles per hour?
Many people have such doubts. There are four main reasons that affect the speed: battery power, speed mode, load capacity and inflated tire pressure.
