How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The delivery time of our shipping service provider is 3 to 5 days after receiving payment.

Why didn't I receive a tracking number?

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship electric scooters only to EU countries (excluding Spain) and the United States. Accessories can be shipped to Europe and the U.S. For inquiries about shipping to other regions, please contact us.
How do I return a product?
For purchased parts, returns are not accepted unless there is a quality issue or parts are missing. If the accessory includes a warranty, this will be indicated in the product page description. If you encounter any problems, please contact us for assistance.
For electric scooters, we provide a two-year warranty and a 15-day no-reason return policy. Please contact us before returning a scooter. After our inspection confirms that the return meets the required standards, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
