Electric Scooters
We stock electric scooters in warehouses across Europe (including Germany, Poland, and other locations) and the United States. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days via DPD, DHL, or GLS (Europe) and UPS or FedEx (US). Shipping is free.
Accessories & Parts
We ship accessories worldwide. Most accessories are shipped from our warehouse in China, with an estimated delivery time of 6–15 business days after dispatch. Selected accessories may ship from our European or US warehouses, in which case delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on all accessory orders.
General
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information is typically provided on the same day as dispatch.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
Before shipment, address changes and order cancellations are free of charge — please contact us as soon as possible. After shipment, we will attempt to update your address with the carrier, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel is in transit. If an address change fails, please refuse the delivery so the parcel can be returned to us.
Returns & Refunds
Quality issue or wrong item sent — Full refund or replacement. Photo or video evidence is required.
Wrong item ordered by customer — Refund processed after resale. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
Delivery delayed over 20 days — Eligible for reshipment or full refund.
Order cancelled before shipment — Full refund.
Accessories (no defect) — No returns accepted.
