1.Shipping & Delivery

By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Shipping is via DPD (DPD Express) / DHL. You can find the shipping costs in the tables.

2.Standard shipping costs:

Within Germany: Free shipping
Austria (AT): 15 EUR
Other European countries: Shipping is not available yet

3.Standard delivery time:

The delivery time of our shipping service providers is 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment.
Tip: The fastest delivery time is 1-2 days (DPD Express), depending on the distance of your delivery address from our warehouse address and the real-time express delivery situation.

4.Delay and re-deliveries:

If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email.If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email or phone. If we do not notify you, you can always contact our customer service team to check the status of the package.
